About Kelly Olin

My name is Kelly Olin, and I am a Licensed Florida REALTOR, coach, global entrepreneur, social marketing expert, fitness enthusiast, tiny home obsessed, systems and productivity nerd, wanna-be farm-girl, wife, and boy-mom of three who's always up for an adventure! Yes, I'm many things. And I'm sure you are too! I began my real estate career in 2005 right out of college, earning my Business Degree from Michigan State University. I dove headfirst into the industry and worked as an on-site sales consultant for the nation's largest homebuilder, Pulte Homes. I then went on to help open Michigan's first Active Adult Community by Del Webb. Then, after receiving my master's degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations, I worked as an HR Manager for Pulte and their corporate headquarters. Over the next 15 years, I worked as a VP of Sales leading several multinational sales teams in the US, Canada, and Australia, and managed over $30 Million in annual revenue. I also owned a master franchise for an urgent care with my husband, Marc, and we developed and sold a meat and produce company! Flash forward to July 2020, we decided to move our family from Rochester, Michigan, to Southwest Florida. Once settled, I began the Florida licensing process and decided to join eXp Realty. I implemented my experience in digital marketing, earned certifications as a Resort and Second Home Specialist and Pricing Strategist from the National Association of Realtors, earned 5-Star Ratings on Zillow and Earned "Best of Zillow Status". I quickly attracted other agents who saw my fast growth and Co-Founded the organization, The Community | eXp Realty where I coach and mentor other agents to help them grow and serve their clients with excellence! At home, I am a mom to three boys - Briggs (11), Carter (10) and Beckett (7) who are busy in hockey, barrel racing, soccer and flag football. I am also so grateful for my husband of 15 years, Marc, for all his support and encouragement.
